You don't have to look far to notice that our world is in a  deep state of distress. In our come-unity, we believe that when Hue-manity is on one accord, we will unleash a positive flow of energy and love; clear the air, shift the atmosphere, and create the cohesion necessary for bringing about the Kingdom of Heaven which is in our midst. You are an integral part of the YOFLOW Move-ment!

"You won’t be able to say, ‘Here it is!’ or ‘It’s over there!’ For the Kingdom of God is already among you.” ~Luke 17:21

In our YOFLOW Come-Unity, we understand, like John the Baptist who Baptized in the Wilderness, and Jesus who healed on the sabbath... YOU CAN have a personal relationship with God beyond religiosity, to relationship.

“Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a  living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship.” ~Romans 12:1  

The Word of God says "be still and know that I am God." YOFLOW evolves you beyond just reading the Word of God to embodying what the Word of God says:  

“Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says. Anyone who listens to the word but does not do what it says is like someone who looks at his face in a  mirror and, after looking at himself, goes away and immediately forgets what he looks like.” ~James 1:22-24

Yes Indeed! Many mental health issues are often caused by our propensity to resist what is. It is also a byproduct of one’s habitual inclination to  remain in the pain of the past, or over-analyze the future. In other words, not being in the "now" is a dangerous place to be. Spiritual warfare is real! In our come-unity, we like to say, “engaging in YOFLOW for just ten minutes a day keeps the devil away.” 

“Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are  with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.” Psalm 23:4 

 YOFLOW teaches you how to use your mind to change your behaviors, not the other way around. We know this to be a proven and more effective methodology for total wellness. The following scripture gives us insight into the science of God, manifested through human behavior: 

“Do not be wise in your own eyes; fear the Lord and shun evil. This will bring health to your body and nourishment to your bones.” ~Proverbs 3:7-8

You'll go beyond ‘the law’ and the confines of religiosity, to worshiping in the ‘new way’… which can be accessed through the Holy Spirit within you. 

“But now, by dying to what once bound us, we have been released from the law so that we serve in the new way of the Spirit, and not in the old way of the written code.” ~Romans 7:6 

YOFLOW is the subsidiary of our non profit organization Love To Evolve. For every $1.00 you spend: 0.33 goes towards internet processing fees. 0.11  cares for the sick, widow and the orphan in places such as  St. Jude Children's Hospital, sickle cell research organizations, and underprivileged family homes around the globe. 0.44 is allocated towards the systems and processes necessary to bring YOFLOW to you. The final 0.12 is how we make it do what it do!
