Born in Compton California, to a teen mother, incarcerated father; and a family experience of generational poverty. My life began in humbling conditions.
Prior to building my organization Evolve To Love, I pressed pass these perceived barriers to enjoy a lucrative sixteen-year leadership career, working with various high-profile human capital corporations such as SAFECO, ADP, Virgin America, and DirecTV.
Today, I am an Author, lecturer, training and wellness facilitator for community organizations such as the City of Port St. Lucie, South State Bank, the SCORE Volunteer Small Business Development Program; and other companies which recognize that 'beyond business,' they operate as a force for good in our world.Â
I am called to evolve the workforce, by sharing the guiding principles necessary to engage camaraderie, and enhance results; especially in the face of adversity.
The result is a high-functioning organization with a culture of people who align with the ultimate mission and vision which the company is entrusted by it's consumers and constituents to uphold.
My home-base is the Sunshine State of Florida.
I am grateful to God for my unconditionally loving husband Cire, my two bright and beautiful children Martin and Savannah; and for the ability to share Godâs Universal Laws of Love around the world with amazingly smart and talented people like you.
