I was expecting a cookie-cutter yoga routine, which there's nothing wrong with that. With YOFLOW, I felt like it was very personal to me, and that was surprising. I was able to do my own thing and that felt liberating! YOFLOW is a really cool mixture of both worlds, relaxing and invigorating. I feel pretty pumped, I'm ready to go... Who wouldn't benefit from YOFLOW? People with limited mobility should try it. It's a good way to move, and it's fun!
